Conversion optimizers optimize the conversion rate. The English term for this is Conversion Rate Optimization, or CRO for short. Conversion rate optimization is a continuous process in which agencies and clients work together to improve the offer. If more prospects are motivated to buy, sign or achieve another goal, the conversion rate increases. Conversion optimization agencies use intensive measurements (tracking) and test procedures (e.g. A/B tests) to optimize online advertising media and channels, reduce bounces and cancellations in the ordering process. Conversion optimization agencies often advise the in-house online marketing of medium and large companies.
